Ordering Process
Accurate information must be provided during the order process. Orders are confirmed once payment is processed.
Payment
Valid payment details are required. Charges will be applied upon order confirmation.
Cancellation and Refunds
Orders can be cancelled if given 72 hours’ notice. Late cancellations are not accommodated due to the preparation process. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Menu Items & Substitutions
Menu items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value when necessary.
Changes to Orders
Changes to confirmed orders must be made 72 hours in advance. Late changes cannot be accommodated.
