Our Story

At Di Paolo’s our journey began with our beloved grandparents, Maria & Albert Di Paolo, who humbly opened a family pizzeria and small grocery store known as Italian Kitchen. As the aroma of freshly baked pizzas and the taste of homemade sauce filled the air, they, along with our father, Michael Di Paolo, expanded, adding more seating to accommodate our growing clientele.
Before long, the bustling atmosphere and the buzz of the satisfied customers prompted them to evolve into a full-fledged restaurant where families and friends could gather to enjoy hearty Italian meals and lively conversation.
